Production Specialist

Job Overview FASTSIGNS, San Marcos is looking for a full-time Production Specialist who can work a consistent weekly schedule and occasionally additional hours depending on the Center's workload. The Production Specialist collaborates with team members and brings creativity to find solutions. Responsibilities Produce computer-generated full-color vinyl that can be weeded, cut, and applied, or printed and mounted to various products from cars to substrates to buildings. Manage all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs, including computer cut vinyl and wide format full-color printouts. Prepare substrates and apply vinyl or other media, mount and/or laminate prints, operate and set up the laminator for over-laminating, encapsulation, or mounting of digitally imaged products. Proofread signs and conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy. Qualifications Design and/or sign installation experience. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in all areas of the shop, from the front desk to the design workshop.
