About This Role

We're looking for a sales associate who shares our passion for cycling and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and contributing to the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate is a cycling enthusiast with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

As a Retail Sales Associate L2, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, build relationships with customers, and promote cycling as a lifestyle and culture.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, educate customers about bicycles and related products, and address customer concerns.
• Inventory Management: Assist in daily operations, including restocking, cleaning, organizing, and merchandising.
• Training: Complete a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge of bicycles, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Safety: Meet the physical demands of the job, including safely lifting and carrying 75lbs, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in retail, preferably with bikes.
• A passion for cycling and promoting the benefits of a cycling lifestyle and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a strong desire to drive sales and business growth.
• Ability to speak Spanish or other languages is encouraged.
• Intrinsic motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Capability of safely lifting and carrying 75lbs on a regular basis.
