Must-Have: Experience in anesthesia care and procedures


Description:
Assess, prepare, and manage patients for anesthesia care in the perioperative/procedural period.
Develop and implement an anesthetic plan.
Perform history and physical examinations.
Obtain informed consent.
Conduct a pre-anesthetic evaluation and post-operative assessment.
Provide general, regional, and epidural anesthesia.
Administer spinal anesthesia and IV regional blocks.
Deliver monitored anesthesia care (MAC).
Perform invasive monitoring and placement, including CVP/CVC and intra-arterial lines.
Manage airways effectively.
Experience with general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, trauma-related cases, and pediatric patients (ages 5 and up).
No hearts, OB, or blocks.
Work in a large academic hospital setting with support from other anesthesia providers.
Caseload includes a mix of supervised and provider-owned cases.
Standard shift hours maintain a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements.
Opportunity for full-time coverage only.
No temporary privileges will be granted.
Must hold valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Facility trauma level is 1, with a pediatric level of 0.
