Lab Systems Support Analyst

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Lab Systems Support Analyst to provide on-site and remote support for laboratory systems at a leading life sciences manufacturing site in La Verne. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems and working knowledge of Laboratory Execution Systems (LES) , supporting day-to-day lab operations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for ELN systems used in laboratory environments Support LES applications , including user access, workflow execution, and issue resolution Act as the primary point of contact for lab users for system-related queries and incidents Perform system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for ELN and LES platforms Collaborate with QA, IT, and lab teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards Assist in system upgrades, validation activities, and documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ where required) Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime for lab operations Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials Required Skills & Experience Strong experience supporting Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems (e.g., LabWare, Benchling, BIOVIA, etc.) Basic to intermediate knowledge of Laboratory Execution Systems (LES) Experience in a GxP / regulated environment (Pharma or Biotech preferred) Understanding of laboratory workflows and data management processes Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech environments Exposure to system validation and compliance processes Familiarity with LIMS, CDS, or other lab systems is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key Competencies Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment Strong attention to detail and compliance Team collaboration and user support focus #J-18808-Ljbffr Westbourne IT Global Services
