Acme Barricades in Saint Augustine, FL seeks a Regional Financial Operations Assistant to bridge field branches and corporate billing. You will analyze variances, verify field data against invoices, and manage disputes to assure accurate payments for completed work. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in bookkeeping or AR, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots) and experience in ERP/billing systems; construction billing knowledge is a plus.
