Below is the proposed job description for our 100% commission-based nonprofit fundraising sales representative position. We can use this for Indeed, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, and our recruiting outreach. Queen City AgenciesPosition: Nonprofit Fundraising Sales Representative Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday
Hours: Approximately 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, depending on event and campaign schedules
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based About Queen City Agencies
Queen City Agencies partners with nonprofit charitable organizations to increase awareness, generate donations, and support meaningful causes in our communities. Our team engages directly with the public at approved events, community locations, and face-to-face fundraising campaigns. We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people, developing sales skills, and contributing to causes that make a difference. Job Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit charitable organizations professionally and enthusiastically.
- Engage with the public to educate them about nonprofit missions and fundraising initiatives.
- Build rapport with potential donors and explain recurring or one-time donation opportunities.
- Help supporters complete donations accurately and securely.
- Attend scheduled events, community activations, and fundraising campaigns.
- Work toward individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. ### Compensation and Earning Potential
This is a 100% commission-based position with no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary. Earnings depend on individual performance, completed qualifying donations, and the applicable commission structure. - Unlimited performance-based earning potential.
