Specifically, the Production Clerk is responsible for a variety of data entry duties including, but not limited to, any factors which aid in the day-to-day operations of production. Personal and interpersonal skills are required in order to keep the Production Control team informed. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsibilities Performs all necessary data entry with regard to MRP system (SAP) as well as Excel. Enter necessary information into Project Master Schedule to ensure proper drawing due dates and installation scheduling of all jobs and projects. Filing and copying all necessary documents as they relate to the business. Create shipping instructions and arrange necessary documentation. Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.) Ability to read blueprints (preferred) Work Environment Overtime may be required as needed. Occasional travel may be needed. Office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting and a lot of time keyboarding and looking at a monitor.
