Job Description:
Corteva Agriscience is seeking a motivated Lab Technician I to support protein analysis and immunochemistry workflows within the Protein and Analytical Core Technologies (PACT) team. This role involves performing high-throughput protein extractions, immunochemistry assays, laboratory automation support, equipment maintenance, reagent preparation, data documentation, and quality control activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong laboratory background, attention to detail, and an interest in supporting innovative agricultural research through protein analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or related Life Sciences field
• 1-3 years of laboratory experience (academic, internship, or industry)
• Experience with protein extraction, immunoassays, or laboratory-based analytical techniques
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality standards
• Experience working with laboratory equipment and routine maintenance
• Experience with Immunochemistry or ELISA-based assays
• High-throughput laboratory testing experience
• Laboratory automation and robotic systems experience
• Experience with laboratory software, electronic lab notebooks (ELN), and data analysis

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $21.00 -
22.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may
include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
