Ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.Basic computer literacy skills.Knowledge of social services practices and procedures.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If recovering, at least 2 years of unbroken sobriety (alcohol and drugs).Job ResponsibilitiesAs Outpatient Therapist / Counselor, you will:Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric conditions.Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.Provide direct social work services to patients and their families as a part of the multidisciplinary team with most emphases on completing Psychosocial Assessments, facilitating psycho-educational training, family meetings, discharge planning, assisting in program development, and developing, implementing, and reviewing Treatment Plans.Accept direction from the Program Director.Qualified candidates, please apply now for a chance to join an outstanding team as we Inspire Hope, Restore Peace of Mind, and Heal Lives.
