Level Up USA is hiring motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associates to support customer acquisition and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the Cincinnati area. This is a W-2, entry-level opportunity designed for career changers, recent graduates, and individuals who want to build practical experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development. No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development to help you build the skills needed for long-term career growth. What You’ll Do Represent client brands through professional, in-person promotional campaigns. Engage with customers and provide information about current products, services, and promotions. Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face communication. Gather customer feedback and share relevant market insights with the team. Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development programs. Develop communication, sales, leadership, and business skills. Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Professional, outgoing, and positive attitude. Motivation to learn and develop new skills. Strong work ethic and dependable approach to work. Interest in marketing, sales, communications, business, or leadership. Ability to work effectively with customers and team members. No prior experience required — paid training is provided. $700–$1,000 per week based on base pay, commissions, and performance-based bonuses. Guaranteed base pay plus commission opportunities.
