Job Description

W e are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support our warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory.

Responsibilities

Process shipping and receiving documents, including labels, invoices, and packing slips.
Schedule inbound and outbound trucks and coordinate with carriers.
Track shipments and resolve shipping or receiving issues.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
Support warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails; and provide administrative support.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate degree or above.
1+ year of office, shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Warehouse or inventory experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
