Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings
• Administer medications and provide wound care
• Perform splinting and IV placements
• Collect urine samples and conduct lab draws
• Care for patients from ESI 5 through 1

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Level II or Level III trauma experience
• Possession of TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, BLS certifications
