Sales Representative / Estimator (Hybrid Role)

All-NU Restoration is hiring a Sales Representative / Estimator for a dual-role position combining estimating work with business development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both client interaction and technical estimating work.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to assess restoration needs and generate estimates
- Create accurate project estimates using Xactimate and QuickBooks
- Present proposals and follow up to secure project approvals
- Build relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners
- Generate new business opportunities and support company growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, restoration, construction, or estimating preferred
- Familiarity with Xactimate and/or QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to manage leads and follow-ups
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation Structure
- Base hourly pay: $20$25/hour (based on experience)
- Commission on approved and closed projects
