Dayshift position M - F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with overtime opportunities

High-mix, low-volume work for both Industrial and Department of Defense

- HNK HB-130C Horizontal Boring Mill   X=157” x Y=79” x Z=52”

- HAAS TL-3W Lathe   Ø30” x 60”

- Hitachi Seiki HT-23J Turning Center   Ø13” x 23”

- Mori Seiki NL2500 Milling/Turning Center   Ø14” x 27”

- Hwacheon Mega 100 Lathe   Ø39.37” x 157.48” [1000 mm x 4000 mm]

- HAAS VF3 Mill   X= 40” x Y= 20” x Z= 25”

- Toyoda FV1480 Mill   X= 55” x Y= 31” x Z= 27”

Candidates will have approximately 2 years or more of experience and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas-

Program in Mastercam 

Setup independently

Troubleshoot processes

Program on the fly

Improve cycle times

Employee Autonomy-

Ownership of programming decisions

Ability to improve processes

Input on tooling and fixturing

Direct influence on shop efficiency

Engineering and tooling support available when needed

Current Union Contract Journeyman pay $35.44/hr

Pay is negotiable depending on awesomeness
