This position reports to the Sr Manager – Financial Shared Services and is part of the Finance and Accounting Team located in Coralville, IA or Fargo, ND and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead the development of the Accounts Payable team, including employee hiring, training, evaluations and discipline that leverages standardized processes, automation, and operational excellence practices to support growth.Drive the harmonization of standardization of Accounts Payable processes, policies, controls, and performance metrics across operating companies to improve scalability, efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.Ensures adherence to internal controls and company policies.Partners closely with the Sr. Mgr-Financial Shared Services, the Global Controller and cross-functional Stakeholders to support operational excellence, resolve escalations, and implement process improvements across the AP function.Review and approve payments, invoices and adjustments within assigned authority levels.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR minimum 3 years of related Accounts Payable experience.1+ year of experience managing people.Experience supporting month-end closing, accrual preparation and financial reporting activities.Experience with SAP, D365 or similar ERP systems.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:if applicable for roleSitting: 67% - 100% of the work dayIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience with ADP and Workday.IDT, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
