Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient setting Lake Bluff, IL. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The role emphasizes delivering individualized evaluations, managing a flexible caseload, and supporting patients through various post-operative and musculoskeletal cases within a collaborative clinic environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and will be discussed with the candidate. Clinic hours are MondayThursday, 7:00 AM7:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM5:30 PM.
• Required Qualifications: Outpatient physical therapy experience; 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered; certification in physical therapy; current state licensure; ability to work independently; strong documentation skills including knowledge of NextGen system; flexible schedule.
• Types of Cases Seen: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain - Post-Operative, Calf Strain, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Headache, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair - Post-Operative Care, SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, and Total Joint Replacement.
• Patient Population: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
