Key Responsibilities Performs restoration work with a focus on precision, quality, and safety Ensures all tasks meet or exceed industry standards and NYS compliance regulations Driving company vehicles Communicates proactively with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Takes ownership of your work, identifying and resolving issues before they impact the client Continuously seeks ways to improve processes, skills, and the overall client experience Upholds the company’s commitment to urgency, empathy, and integrity on every job Ensure ls each project contributes to restoring the property fully and exceeds client expectations Desired outcomes Protect the Property - maintain a clean & workspace that enhances the overall outcome of the project and client Be a leader in delivering smart, and efficient solutions that reflect your craftmanship Continuously deliver 5-Star Client Experiences Effective Communicate with Project Manager and Clients to help demonstrate UWRG’s unique value proposition Requirements At least 1 year experience in restoration clean up (water, mold and fire damage) and eager to learn ( experience not required) Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification (must be obtained within first 3 months of hire) Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Exceptional communication (listening, speaking and writing), analytical and organizational skills. Proactive and self-motivated leadership skills and qualities Familiarity with a restoration, construction or insurance-related industry. Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization abilities. Understanding of water, fire, mold, and/or structural restoration processes, preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation 24/7 Ability to work flexible, longer hours during emergency situations Be part of a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and sometimes holidays Ability to repeatedly push/pull/lift/carry items Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals #J-18808-Ljbffr IICRC
