Data Entry Clerk (Entry-Level Position)

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail‐oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and production record tasks. This is an excellent entry‐level opportunity for candidates with basic computer skills who want to grow in an organized, fast‐paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Review information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details.
• Maintain organized digital and paper records.
• Assist with generating reports and updating logs as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors to clarify information when required.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (typing, email, file management).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
