Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP State License (or eligibility in Indiana)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
- Experience with pediatric populations and school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to various caseloads and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students from elementary through high school, depending on caseload assignment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in alignment with student needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Empower students with strategies that promote academic achievement and communication success
