Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP State License (or eligibility in Indiana)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
  • Experience with pediatric populations and school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to various caseloads and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students from elementary through high school, depending on caseload assignment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in alignment with student needs and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Empower students with strategies that promote academic achievement and communication success
