We're looking for an enthusiastic person with a heart for customer service to join our retail store and help customers find the right tools and materials for their individual projects. This is a part-time role where you can gain valuable experience without committing to a full-time position. Our store is open 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Sundays.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Solid customer service skills

Retail experience would be preferred, but it's not required for the right person.

WHAT BEING OUR SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE - CASHIER LOOKS LIKE

Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day:

Engaging with customers and assisting them in finding the tools and materials they're looking for
Answering questions and making the appropriate product recommendations
Checking customers out and accurately processing cash and credit transactions
Assisting with organizing and restocking inventory
Helping out in other areas as needed
