Regular Full-Time Glen Allen, VA, US Product Manager About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Product Manager to support our Home Environment category, with a focus on our Clorox licensed product portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving product strategy, development, and commercial execution across a growing and highly visible category. This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands’ continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company’s long‑term strategy. This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing. What You’ll Do Support the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for Home Environment and Clorox licensed products Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post‑market optimization Partner with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans Monitor in‑market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve results Contribute to innovation pipeline development and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods Experience in Home Environment, appliances, or licensed brand products preferred Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&L performance Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Company HSA contributions 401(k) plan with immediate vesting Profit sharing program Paid vacation, holidays, and a paid charitable day Summer hours to support work‑life balance Employee discounts on Hamilton Beach products Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
