Beck's is looking for a Store Manager in Training to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn the business, gain hands-on leadership experience, and prepare to lead one of our future locations.
The goal of this role is simple: train today, lead a store tomorrow.
You'll work alongside experienced leaders, learn all aspects of store operations, and build the skills needed to successfully lead your own Beck's location.

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Learn all aspects of store operations and leadership
- Help lead and develop store teams
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee training
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations
- Learn how to manage financial performance and drive store results
- Deliver excellent customer service and help create a positive store culture
- Lead by example and support team success
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Team-oriented leader who leads by example
- High school diploma or GED required
- Retail management experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
