Together we bring out the best version of ourselves, our teammates, our residents. Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant, you are the first face prospective residents will encounter. You will engage, sell, and provide excellent customer service, customizing tours and persuading prospects that they couldn’t live elsewhere. You will work in a high‑energy environment and drive traffic to the community through multiple media sources. Compensation and Benefits This position offers $21.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience, a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, and potential thousands in bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, vacation, personal time off, holidays, award and recognition events, and opportunities for advancement with an in‑house Training Academy. Qualifications Minimum 2 years sales or marketing experience; leasing experience not required. Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and ability to close deals. Professional appearance and effective communication. Computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
