QA Specialist for AI Product Testing and Support [Remote]

Join a dynamic team as a QA Specialist focused on AI Product Testing & Support, where your expertise will directly influence the quality of an innovative video generation product. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn and perform. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough manual testing on a cutting-edge AI-driven video generation platform, evaluating functionality, usability, and performance.
Identify, document, and prioritize bugs or issues, delivering detailed reports to technical teams for rapid resolution.
Engage directly with clients, providing expert technical support, answering inquiries, and communicating complex information with clarity and professionalism.
Develop and execute test cases and user scenarios to validate product updates, new features, and functionality improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional contributors to ensure customer feedback is accurately captured and leveraged for product enhancements.
Maintain rigorous quality engineering standards and uphold a meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
Utilize an iOS device for mobile platform testing, ensuring product reliability across supported environments.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in quality assurance practices, including manual testing, bug tracking, and reporting within software or SaaS environments.
Demonstrated experience in customer support or client-facing roles, with a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Background working with video generation or media technology platforms is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills: prompt, clear, and professional in both written and verbal formats.
Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and a dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Located in the USA with availability to participate according to a Pacific Time (PT) project structure.

Work Terms

Contractor position with remote work flexibility.

Compensation

Hourly pay range of $30 - $34.
