Baptist Internal Medicine Group Southbank in Downtown Jacksonville, FL, is hiring a Medical Office Coordinator for a full-time day shift (8am-5pm). You will support physicians, coordinate both clinical and business operations with the physician and manager, and help ensure smooth office workflows.
Responsibilities include processing medication refills, triaging patient calls, preparing charts, sending lab results, and facilitating overall office operations in a busy outpatient setting.
