A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Responsibilities:Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data roomLiaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC UpdatesKYC/ Onboard new Lenders in our Syndicate transactions. Assist on streamlining secondary trade settlements.Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates.Follow through with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responsesQualifications:1-3 years of relevant work experienceSeries 79, 63 preferredProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPointKnowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar.Education: Bachelor’s degreeThe typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
