Delivery Driver

Job Description \n \n \n Discover a more connected career \n \n \n At Professional Teleconcepts the Delivery Driver will move parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another. Areas of delivery include but are not limited to: Greater Philadelphia, PA Region, New York City's 5 Boroughs and the Greater New England Region (ME, NH, VT). To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable driving for long distances and in major metropolitan cities. You must be willing to work the occasional overnight, should the trip require it with early morning departures. \n Pay Rate $20-$30/hour based on experience. \n \n #IND1 \n \n \n \n \n Connecting you to great benefits \n \n \n \n Weekly Paychecks \n Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays \n Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) \n 401(k) w/ Company Match \n Stock Purchase Plan \n Education Reimbursement \n Legal Insurance \n Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! \n \n \n \n \n \n What you’ll do \n \n \n \n Delivers parcels to correct job sites. \n Inspect load securement. \n Fill out required paperwork. \n Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made. \n Maintain a safe working environment by completing MTSA (Material Transfer Safety Analysis). \n Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed. \n Performs other related duties as assigned. \n Clock in and out each day and for lunch breaks. \n Remove trash and debris from job sites prior to heading home. \n \n \n \n \n \n What you’ll need \n \n \n \n To be 18 years of age or older \n Authorization to work in the United States for this company \n Ability to carry out a series of instructions with minimal supervision. \n Able to remain professional and courteous at all times. \n \n Ability to drive up to a 26' trailer is a plus \n Work environment: \n \n Drive an enclosed truck on a daily basis \n Drive and Work outdoors as necessary in various weather conditions \n Wear personal protective equipment and safety attire on a daily basis \n Occasionally exposed to whole body vibration when driving a truck \n Early morning departures \n Weekly travel to ME, NH, VT, NYC (5 boroughs) \n Overnight stays \n \n Physical demands: \n \n Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds regularly. \n Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies. \n Must carry heavy materials up and down multiple flights of stairs repetitively \n Ability to drive safely. \n Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps. \n Ability to maintain basic logs and records. \n Ability to complete field audit inspection for all vehicles. \n \n \n \n \n \n The wage range for Delivery Driver is$20.00 - $30.00 . \n \n Why work with us \n Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
