COMPENSATION AT A GLANCE PRN RN Base Rate: $52.00/hr PRN LPN Base Rate: $40.00/hr Evening Differential: +$4.00/hr on top of PRN base Night Differential: +$2.00/hr on top of PRN base Holiday Pay WHAT THE PRN POOL OFFERS Evening and night differentials Priority access to permanent openings A team that supports each other MINIMUM COMMITMENT In exchange for premium pay and scheduling flexibility, we ask for: Minimum 1 shift per week when shifts are available Minimum 1 weekend shift per calendar month when coverage is needed Minimum 1 major holiday per year That’s it. Everything else is on your schedule.
