Store and Gas Station Assistant Manager - Chevron, Santa Ana
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store and Gas Station Manager to oversee daily operations at our Chevron location in Santa Ana. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the smooth functioning of our retail and fuel services. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store and gas station operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock management
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and financial reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail or gas station management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to handle cash, POS systems, and basic financial reporting
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training or certifications preferred
