Customer Service Representative Position
Currently seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative position on 1st shift in the Florence, KY area. Compensation and benefits for the Customer Service Representative include an unlimited $150 referral bonus for any new applicants you refer, vacation pay, and temp to hire opportunities. Health, dental, and vision insurance are also provided.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Document customer contacts through our customer service database.
- Use Mazak electrical and mechanical part documentation to assist customers to identify Mazak part numbers.
- Provide customers with quotations including price and availability information.
- Enter part and accessory orders providing confirmation to customers including shipping requirements.
- Provide customers with status information on orders including shipping status and tracking information. Expedite and communicate with internal departments as needed.
- Provide customers with information for returning parts for repair or restocking.
- Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative include working 1st shift 10 am- 7:30pm M-Thurs + Fridays, holding a high school diploma or GED, passing a 10 panel drug test, being able to lift 30 lbs, and having reliable transportation.
