Staff Accountant / Senior Staff Accountant

SUNDEK is expanding its corporate accounting team and seeking a Staff Accountant / Senior Staff Accountant to support general-ledger accounting, multi-entity financial operations, and cross-functional accounting activities. This role works closely with the Accounting Supervisor and Controller and plays a key part in supporting SUNDEK's continued growth.

This position is ideal for an accountant who enjoys GL work, reconciliations, ERP interaction, and supporting a fast-growing, multi-entity environment.

What You'll Do

• Support general-ledger accounting and multi-entity financial operations.
• Perform balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Work cross-functionally to validate financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with ERP reporting, data integrity, and process improvements.
• Provide operational accounting support as needed across entities.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Supervisor and Controller on analysis, reporting, and special projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong general-ledger and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and documentation habits.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.

Work Environment

• Onsite initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after a training period.
• Hybrid timing will depend on role mastery and individual performance.
• Corporate role supporting multiple SUNDEK entities.
