Procurement Process:
- Vendor set up and management
- Purchase requisition/order creation
- Monitor invoice and cash disbursement
- Assist in the transition of ERP procurement tool from SAP Ariba to Oracle Fusion
- Internal support for USD stakeholders
- Coordinate with business team to ensure all invoices submitted timely and all expenses are accrued accordingly across marketing, events, T&E, and other overhead expenses.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations inclusive of explaining key variances to budget and forecast, and year over year.
- Own reconciliations to ensure accuracy of associated accrued and prepaid balance sheet accounts.
- Liaise with controllership and cross-divisional finance leads on key month-end deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area of study or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of relevant finance or accounting work
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, must be comfortable working with large data sets
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communications skills for conveying essential information, ability to contextualize data optimally and efficiently
- Ability to learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to changing industry and organizational landscape
- Experience in general ledger systems (e.g. SAP, or Oracle), required
- Experience in procurement and reporting tools (e.g. SAP Ariba, or Oracle Fusion), required
- Interest in and passion for media and technology
