Registered Nurse Supervisor

Manhattanville is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team during the afternoon/evening shift. This role is perfect for a strong clinician who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care while fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.

Schedule : 4pm-12am

Compenstation: $50-$52/hour + shift differential
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift, ensuring quality care and compliance with facility standards
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide guidance in complex or emergency situations
• Oversee medication administration and treatment procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Assist with staff assignments, workflow management, and shift coverage as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized unit environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
