We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to support established insurance agencies across the United States.

This role is primarily focused on insurance sales and new business development , while also requiring the ability to assist existing customers with policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and general account service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales-focused insurance agency or producer environment , be comfortable generating and closing new business, and have hands-on experience with insurance quoting and agency management systems.

Candidates should be confident communicating with customers, understanding their insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and following opportunities through to close.

• Generate and close new insurance business through leads, referrals, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Sell and recommend appropriate auto, home, life, and personal lines insurance products based on customer needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' coverage requirements and identify potential gaps.
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes and clearly explain coverage options, pricing, and policy details.
• Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process and work toward closing new business.
• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities with existing customers.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and general service requests when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer information, activity records, and follow-up notes in agency systems.
• Meet individual sales, production, and customer-service objectives.
• Work closely with agency teams to provide a smooth customer experience from initial contact through policy placement and ongoing service.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License - Required.
• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience .
• Previous experience in a sales-focused insurance agency, producer, or similar insurance sales environment .
• Hands-on experience with insurance quoting systems and agency management platforms .
• Strong understanding of personal-lines insurance products, particularly auto and home insurance .
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Comfortable working toward individual sales and production goals.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Life & Health Insurance License .
• Experience with personal-lines insurance sales.
• Experience working as an Insurance Producer, Personal Lines Agent, or Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.
• Experience with a captive or national insurance agency.
• Experience using multiple insurance carrier quoting platforms.
• Spanish/English bilingual communication skills are a plus.

This isn't simply a customer service position. The primary focus is on generating new business, selling insurance products, closing opportunities, and growing the customer base , while still being comfortable supporting existing policyholders when service needs arise.
