Night Operations Manager

Overnight Manager Russ's Market | Hastings, Nebraska Full-Time | Overnight Shift (Approx. 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Do you enjoy leading a team and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Russ's Market in Hastings is looking for a dependable Overnight Manager to lead our overnight stocking team and help prepare the store for a successful day ahead. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes staying active, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done before the doors open each morning. What you’ll be doing: You’ll lead and support the overnight stocking crew, oversee unloading and stocking of merchandise, ensure proper product rotation, and make sure the store is clean, safe, and ready for customers. You’ll also follow company policies and work closely with store leadership to keep operations running smoothly. What we’re looking for: Previous retail, grocery, or convenience store leadership experience is preferred. You should be comfortable supervising a team, managing overnight operations, and performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekend and holiday overnight availability is required.
