Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Glendale, CA)

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for long-term care in the Glendale area to drive product adoption and commercial execution across assigned facilities. The role requires expertise in CNS conditions, relationship-building with healthcare stakeholders, and execution of territory-level marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and market penetration within assigned LTC facilities
- Engage with diverse care team members including physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and nursing staff
- Build and maintain relationships across the LTC ecosystem including facilities, pharmacies, and care coordinators
- Execute marketing strategies aligned with product launch and commercial goals
Requirements
- Expertise in long-term care environment and disease state knowledge
- Ability to engage effectively in both virtual and in-person settings
- Experience building relationships with clinical and non-clinical LTC stakeholders
- Territory-level sales management and account strategy experience
- Knowledge of local healthcare landscape and stakeholder ecosystem
- Business acumen with ability to assess marketplace trends
