As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while monitoring access, greeting residents and visitors, and supporting security-related procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help maintain an orderly environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat08:00 PM - 08:00 AMSun08:00 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access permissions, and maintain visitor records in accordance with location procedures. Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems, reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document activities according to site requirements. Help to deter unauthorized access by following residential location entry, delivery, and guest-management procedures. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
