Leading financial due diligence engagements, the full-time salaried Director of Financial Due Diligence will manage client relationships, oversee analytical work, and develop junior talent while working in a hybrid environment with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications and presenting findings to stakeholders Develop and mentor team members, providing coaching and contributing to the growth of the Transaction Advisory Services practice Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or national advisory firm Proven expertise in quality of earnings analyses and full-scope financial due diligence engagements Strong understanding of US GAAP as applied in transaction contexts Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to work with complex datasets Virtual Vocations Inc
