HIV Care Program Lead: Adherence & Quality Improvement

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Program Manager to oversee grant-funded RAP and UND programs within Ambulatory Services. You will supervise Specialists and Peer Educators, provide direct case management to a small caseload, and coordinate staff training and quality improvement across HIV case management programs. You will liaison with community partners and the Consumer Advisory Board, develop treatment plans, track outcomes, and report monthly to the Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wyckoff Heights Medical Center
