Work Location Type: In-Office, Part-Time Schedule:

• 20-29 hours per week
• Monday - Friday: a variety of shifts between 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM.
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Minot Downtown Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $17.50-$18.50
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!

• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 20-29 per week scheduled for the hours of 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:45 AM-1:15 PM on Saturdays!
