Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making Conduct in-person visits to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification Weekly in-person supervision Ability to work in both virtual and in-home or center-based settings Knowledge and application of ABA principles Ability to develop individualized, assent-based behavior plans Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians Ability to conduct regular supervision and data-driven decision-making Ability to provide monthly parent training Ability to collaborate with clients, families, and clinical teams Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in overseeing ABA therapy services, developing individualized behavior plans, and providing effective supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
