Details\n \n 40-bed Med/Surg unit (Unit/Floor 3) \n Patient ratio of 6:1 \n Night shift schedule, 7p-7a \n 13-week assignment \n No call requirements \n No floating requirements \n No 48-hour work requirement \n Uses MEDHOST EMR \n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (TX or Compact) required \n Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC) \n Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required \n Travel experience preferred \n Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start \n No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months \n Titers must be in hand at time of consideration \n Additional Information\n \n Royal blue scrub color required \n RTO requests must be made at time of consideration and limited to less than 1 week \n Holiday blackout period applies with a maximum of 3 RTO days \n Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible \n Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered \n Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-750720.
