Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Healthcare Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various health assessments and treatments, contributing to our commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and administer medications as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Nursys license and State License/Certificate Verification required.
• Completion of required health history checks, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB Test, and Physical/Health Statement.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
