Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans is beneficial. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data entry systems such as an EHR. Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail. Compassionate and patient. Knowledge of basic operations of standard medical equipment. Basic knowledge of diagnostic testing and organizational procedures. EDUCATION AND LICENSURE A high school diploma or equivalency is required. Specialized vocational or technical training for LPN is required. Current KY LPN licensure is required. Current BLS training is required. Summary Functions as the first point of contact for patients to assist them in their medical care.
