About The Role We're seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support our client's HR team with day-to-day operational and compliance work. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to build hands‑on experience across a wide range of HR functions in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. What You'll Do Process ADA accommodation requests and support related documentation Assist with HR compliance reporting Support smaller employee relations matters, including policy clarification, remote work requests, and attendance policy guidance for people leaders Work daily within Workday (HRIS) What We’re Looking For Prior HR internship, coursework, or entry-level HR experience preferred Bachelor's in Human Resources preferred Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive/confidential information Familiarity with Workday or another HRIS is a plus Clear written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with employees and people leaders Why This Role This 90-day contract-to-hire position offers a direct path to a full-time HR role for the right candidate, with exposure to compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems from day one.
