Warehouse Coordinator

Position SummaryAurelia Technologies is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and turbine components. This role ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse activities and plays a critical part in supporting Procurement, Production, and Operations.The Warehouse Coordinator maintains inventory accuracy, supports shipping and receiving, and ensures the warehouse remains organized, accessible, and compliant with Aurelia’s safety and quality standards.Essential Functions(All duties listed are essential functions as defined by the ADA unless noted otherwise.)Material Handling & Inventory ControlMove materials from receiving to storage, production, or designated areasSort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, or product codeMaintain accurate logs, inventory records, and stock documentationAssist with cycle counts and physical inventoryMark materials with identifying information using appropriate methodsWarehouse Organization & SafetyEnsure the warehouse is clean, organized, and accessible for personnel and equipmentMaintain safe pathways, proper material stacking, and compliance with safety proceduresWear required PPE and follow all Aurelia safety policiesMay assist with basic facility maintenance tasks as neededOrder Fulfillment & DistributionRead work orders, requisitions, or shipping orders to determine items to be moved or distributedAssemble orders from stock and prepare materials for production or shipmentRelocate materials to staging, holding, or shipping areasPrepare parcels for mailing or courier pickupLogistics SupportCoordinate transportation activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveriesSupport communication between Procurement, Production, and carriersMaintain quality and accuracy throughout all logistics processesPosition RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experienceAbility to operate a forklift (or willingness to obtain certification)Strong organizational and time‑management skillsBasic mathematical and computer skillsAbility to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and inventory recordsValid U.S. Driver’s LicenseDaily in‑person, predictable attendancePreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or energy environmentsExperience with ERP or inventory management systemsKnowledge of shipping carriers, freight processes, or logistics coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr Aurelia Technologies LLC
