Job Details:

• Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities encompass assembling, disinfecting, sterilizing, and storing procedure trays and medical equipment; operating and monitoring sterilization equipment; following universal precautions; maintaining records; transporting sterilized items; rechecking instrument cleanliness; labeling, and documenting missing instruments; tracking inventory; providing on-the-job training; and communicating effectively with team members.
• Experience and understanding of computer use and software relevant to sterile processing are preferred.
• May be required to work overtime, float to other departments, and be placed on-call based on business needs.
