Role Overview: This position is for a RN - Clinical Supervisor responsible for coordinating patient placements, staff assignments, and supporting clinical staff with patient care and unit activities. They assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and supervise clinical operations. The role involves managing staffing schedules, overseeing unit resources, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and supplies. As needed, the supervisor performs staff nurse duties, participates in hiring, training, and disciplinary processes, and collaborates with leadership on departmental goals and budgets. They also contribute to staff education and unit meetings, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications include**: Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current RN license and CPR certification Two to three years of patient care experience Preferred qualifications**: BSN or healthcare management degree, supervisory experience.
