Schedule: Full-time ambulatory care setting within an Urgent Care Department. Position involves shift work with responsibilities for clinic opening and closing procedures.

Highlights:

• Work in a fast-paced urgent care environment providing comprehensive patient care and clinical services
• Collaborate closely with providers, clinic staff, and management to deliver excellent quality care
• Leadership opportunities including oversight of clinic operations, staff direction, and patient flow management
• Participate in ongoing education, competency development, and professional in-service programs
• Utilize Point of Care testing and maintain quality control standards
• Contract length and assignment duration to be discussed with qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Current, full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska (must be active at time of application)
• Minimum 2 years of recent urgent care experience (within the last 2 years)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of flu vaccination required
• Fingerprinting and background clearance required (allow minimum 5 weeks for processing)
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility location
