Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Answer and manage multiline phone systems promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with courtesy and accuracy.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build rapport and maintain a customer-first approach.
- Provide product, service, or account information depending on company needs.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience. Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Ability to manage high call volumes on a multiline phone system. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities.
- Familiarity with computer systems, email, and customer service software.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
